Clear Internet Browser Cache
Internet Browser Cache and How to Clear It
This explains what a browser's cache is and how to clear this cache and cookies from your Internet Browser
The browser cache is a temporary storage location on your computer for files downloaded by your browser to display websites. Files that are cached locally include any documents that make up a website, such as html files, CSS style sheets, JavaScript scripts, as well as graphic images and other multimedia content.
To put it simply, web browsers save files onto your computer when you visit websites so that the next time you view those websites, they'll load faster.
Sometimes, cached versions of a website can cause issues. This seems to happen to most browsers and at random times. What you may see are partially loaded or badly formatted web pages, incomplete pop-ups, incomplete pictures, the wrong picture in the wrong place, or in some cases, web parts not loading at all.
Clearing your cache is a good thing to do every so often.
